KYN61 series metal-clad removable switchgear is a new product series researched and developed by Yihe cooperating with Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute by introducing advanced technology from Schneider with higher input in production, study and research. With a rated current up to 2500A and a breaking current of 31.5 kA, it is applicable in the voltage range of 27.5~40.5 kV. This product conforms to relevant international and national standards. It is the first metal-clad removable switchgear in whole section architecture design with imported aluminum coated zinc boards and the first such product passing the type test in Xi’an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute in China. KYN61 metal-clad removable switchgear is a technologically innovative compact product combining heat-shrinkage insulation and rigid insulation to ensure reliable and stable operation. It is compact in structure and safety in operation. With advanced technology adopted for inside ventilation and uniform electric field, it is of high quality and its technical content is in leading domestic level.

In this series, KYN61-27.5 metal-clad removable switchgear is a new 27.5 kV switchgear researched and developed specially for railway in metal-clad removable structure based on the special requirements of railway traction power voltage grade. The type test conducted by Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute, the national electric inspection center, has proven that this product fully comply with relevant national standards and technical specifications of railway industry. This product features exquisite cabinet structure, interlocking devices and elements, realizing reliable and safe operation.
