Service commitment

(一)Technical service


1Provide the newest industrial development trend;

2Cooperate with customers to discuss technical solutions and provide process design drawings to help users improving the overall design of the engineering and improving product quality;

3Carry out thorough product technical disclosure before and after the bidding, and reflect the customer’s improvement suggestions on the premise of respecting the requirements of the bidding documents;

4Before the engineering leaves the factory, we will invite the user representative for acceptance, and assign the experienced engineering design personnel for technical disclosure and them for actual operation;

5Provide technical data such as product use, maintenance manual, schematic diagram of equipment, wiring diagram, construction drawing and spare parts according to the contract requirements.


(二)After-sales service


1The supplier (free of charge) conducts voluntary operation training for the purchaser’s staff; explain the product structure and operation precautions; teach the operation and simple maintenance knowledge of the product to make them obtain the skills of use, operation and maintenance, and maintenance inspection.

2When the equipment arrives at the site, our after-sales service engineers arrive at the same time and carry out unpacking inspection and acceptance together, and provide technical consulting services related to equipment handling and storage precautions.

3Starting from the product equipment arrives at the customer's engineering destination, the supplier assists and directs the installation and commissioning of the equipment according to the progress of the customer's engineering plan.

4Assist the power-on test, simulation linkage and load test run test after the installation of the equipment until the requirements of the power transmission for operation are met, and handed over as contract product completion.

5 The supplier guarantees the product quality after the self-power transmission of the products sold for 12 months; regularly pay the user a return visit every 6 months and conducts site inspection and maintenance of the equipment free of charge; repairs or replaces free of charge for damages of the main equipment components of the supplier in warranty period due to quality problems so as to ensure reliable operation of the product and protect the user's interests.

6 After the termination of the quality warranty period, the supplier will continue to carry out the customer return visits, inspections and maintenance of the equipment; regularly assist customers in the maintenance of contract products every 6 months; continue to bear the responsibility and obligation of the warranty, and all costs incurred in the after-sales service are only charged for the cost of replacing the components.

7 Lifelong service system and 24-hour service are implemented for the product. The equipment problem raised by the purchaser is answered within 30 minutes. If the buyer finds that the equipment provided by the seller has failure and needs to be repaired, we will arrive at the site in the shortest time to solve the problem in a timely manner so as to resume the product operation as soon as possible and to ensure the reliable operation of the product and to protect the interests of users;

8 If the equipment ordered by the customer has no spare parts, the supplier may provide backup parts during the after-sales service to ensure the continuous operation of the customer’s equipment, and then replace them with the repaired defective parts.

9 Strengthen contact with users; pay attention to users' opinions; formulate quality tracking information card system for each user; improve user files, and pay products return visits to learn about the operation of equipment to ensure the customers’ long-term, safe and reliable use of our equipment.


(三)Work in warranty period


1 During the warranty period, we will pay regular return visits to the complete set of products to check their operation.

2 Apply Vaseline, conductive paste, etc. to the dynamic and static contacts of the circuit breaker and the knife switch after three months of power-on operation.

3 Conduct closing/opening synchronization adjustment for the circuit breaker and the reliability test etc. for the equipment operation performance.

4 Torque inspection is carried out for the copper bar and bolts of incoming and outgoing lines to ensure reliable operation.

5 Cooperate with the user to clean the dust inside the cabinet.

6 During the warranty period, the supplier repairs or replaces free of charge the damage and failure caused by the quality problems of the product itself.


(四)Work after the termination of the warranty period


1 After the termination of the warranty period, we will pay the complete product return visits on a regular basis to check the operation condition and ensure the reliable operation of the products and the interests of the user.

2 Apply Vaseline, conductive paste, etc. to the dynamic and static contacts of the circuit breaker and the knife switch every 6 months after the termination of warranty period.

3 Conduct closing/opening synchronization adjustment for the circuit breaker and the reliability test etc. for the equipment operation performance.

4 Torque inspection is carried out for the copper bar and bolts of incoming and outgoing lines to ensure reliable operation.

Guarantee of deliver period

Project responsibility system is performed by the Company with special project group being responsible for the production schedule of the required equipment for the engineering and coordination with the design, supply and production department to make them be interlocked. Strong technical force and computer-aided system is used for product design to realize short design time; component supply comes from designated manufactures to realize short supply cycle, which can guarantee the requirements of production schedule. The sheet metal automatic flexible CNC processing production line imported from Japan is adopted for the rack with high processing precision and fast speed so the quality of the rack can be ensured. We have sufficient self-owned funds and capacity and conditions for mass production, as well as a high-quality, experienced product assembly and inspection personnel. Therefore, we can ensure that the products will be delivered as schedule and can successfully pass the acceptance and meet the user’s demands.


Delivery Period Commitment


  • 1The Company is located in the center of Qingdao's new economic development zone, adjacent to Qingdao airport, seaport with extensive railway and highway transportation, as well as convenient water, land and air transportation advantages;
  • 2The goods delivery method of the Company is on-site delivery, commissioning and acceptance of the goods at the buyer’s project site. (Depending on the user’s specific requirements)
  • 3For goods under on-site delivery conditions, within 24 hours after the seller has notified the buyer that the goods are ready for transportation, the seller will specify the contract number, goods name, quantity, gross weight, total volume (cubic meters), invoice amount, and means of transportation and date of shipment, and notify the buyer by telephone and telex.
  • 4Before delivery, the manufacturer shall conduct detailed and overall inspections on the quality, specification, performance, quantity, weight, etc. of the goods, and shall issue a detailed good delivery list. Such list will be part of the application for payment documents, but inspections on quality, specifications, performance, quantity or weight shall not be deemed as final inspections.
  • 5The seller unpacks the goods with the buyer at the project site and inspects and accepts them according to the delivery list. If there is no objection, the buyer signs the delivery note with one copy returning to the seller.
  • 6If the buyer has special delivery requirements, both parties may determine the delivery method through negotiation.
